Alex's perception on investing is huge! I expected Alex to tell me he is involved in loads of real-estate and stocks, but instead he lives by the model to STACK CASH. That was mind blowing because when you look at it, he can create a WAY higher return on his business than he can in any stocks or CDs - It was huge! If you guys take away anything from this podcast, I want you to really understand the value of your perspective on anything you do in life! I want you guys to sleep on this... If you invested $100,000 in 1 house, but end up having to sell it because the market was declining. Your money would have been better just sitting inside your saving collecting 1% per year! It's such a simple idea, but sooo VALUABLE!
