It was awesome to catch up with Russell on our podcast! As I am sure you are all aware, Russell has been building a movement of people for years now! The one main question I asked Russell is, " How do you build a movement?" This small question is a huge struggle for many entrepreneurs- internal and external. Russell said something that really stuck with me, "People are secretly wanting to be led." People are not following the apple on the back of the phone but the person behind the mission.
